  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, cookies and similar data collected through WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Jetpack Stats, Google Site Kit and Google Analytics.

How We Use Information

  • To operate our website and shopping cart, process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, handle returns and provide customer support.
  • To create and manage customer accounts.
  • To prevent fraud, secure our website and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To analyse and improve our website, products and customer experience.
  • To send marketing or drop alerts only where you have subscribed or otherwise consented. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We disclose only the information reasonably required to providers that help operate our business. These may include Automattic/WordPress.com and WooCommerce for hosting and ecommerce services; WooPayments and Stripe for payment processing; Afterpay when selected; MailPoet for subscribed email communications; Google and Jetpack for analytics; MetForm for website enquiries; Printful or another selected fulfilment provider; and postal, courier, technology, security, accounting and professional-service providers. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for functions such as the cart, checkout, security and account login. Analytics and preference cookies may help us understand site use and improve performance. You can restrict cookies through your browser, although parts of the store may then not work correctly.

Overseas Processing

Some service providers use systems or data centres outside Australia. As a result, personal information may be processed in countries where those providers operate. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy and security terms.

Storage, Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it may be deleted or de-identified.

Access, Correction and Deletion

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where legally available. Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or transaction-record purposes.

Privacy Questions or Complaints

Contact us first at redeoriginals@gmail.com. Please describe your request or concern clearly so we can investigate and respond. Where applicable, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner through oaic.gov.au.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page.
